Repeat Infringement Policy

CineJugaad will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others in accordance with The Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If someone’s posting your stuff and not asking permission and showing respect for it, then we’re going to probably remove them from the platform.
